The Internal Revenue Service has determined that The Wayuu Taya Foundation, Inc. qualifies for classification as a Section 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
The New York corporation makes grants to Fundacion Wayuu Taya in Venezuela and many other organizations. Fundación Wayuu Taya is a different entity than The Wayuu Taya Foundation.
